This experiential programme is a developmental journey which can be taken ideally in 2,5 intensive days. Format and delivery are modified to precisely meet your specific context and objectives. It can be tailored in language, structure and scope to meet almost any organisational setting and need.
The core outcome of the programme is empowered leaders who take ownership of their leadership development journey and are able to integrate this with their personal growth and leadership roles.

Who is the course designed for?
The programme fundamentally deepens a leader’s connection to their own leadership development process, tools, strategies and journey. As such it provides a necessary ‘waypoint’ for a leader to experience.
Effective for individual leadership development, enhancing senior team communication, collaboration and performance, leadership cadre initiatives, and driving whole-organisation transformation agendas.
This training is intended for any leader wishing to develop their authenticity and explore pathways for transforming their own leadership.

Discover your potential for transformation in your context and the power of intention. Explore the core functions of awareness and introduction of the key concept : S-F-R (Sensing – Framing – Responding)

Your Growth Path
Identify the most important inner resources to empower Growth. Unlock your core qualities to bring energy and motivation. Exploration of Growth Situation.

Day 3
Your Leadership Journey
Explore your receptive and expressive side in your leadership. Learn how to create a relevant and purposefull « development journey ». Integration and action to enhance your Leadership Presence.

PRACTICAL MODALITIES
Applicants must be of legal age and have experience in a corporate setting in a team management role.
Companions for Leadership France reserves the right to postpone or refuse the registration of a candidate whose profile does not meet the prerequisites.
At the end of the training, the participant drafts their action and improvement plan, integrating all of their learnings in responce to their specific needs and challenges.
TECHNICAL MODALITIES
Training sessions are conducted using theoretical presentations and real-world case studies. Role-playing exercises complement the learning process. Films, videos, and audio materials may be used to enhance the training program.
Reception of trainees in a dedicated training room Provision of the following technical resources: Provision of training materials: Projected training materials Case studies and role-playing scenarios. Training rooms equipped with projection equipment, an interactive screen, and a flipchart.
The companions are all professionals in management and team coaching. They lead and deliver your training while adapting to your needs and expectations. A certificate of completion will be issued to participants at the end of the training.
